# POPCORN Token Metrics

The Colorverse Token - Popcorn is our proprietary tokens. The total supply of POPCORN is 1,000,000,000 and will be minted on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) as an BEP-20 token

Our target for total circulation of POPCORN will be 728,000,000 tokens from the original 1 billion tokens. 90 million tokens will be kept in our treasury and from the balance 910 million tokens, 20% of the tokens, 182 million tokens, will be sent to a burn address.

The burnt tokens will be from our collection of various platform tax and fees. Token burning event will happen every 6 months from launch date until the end of 48 months.
